The villa
The Villa Rosaella was built in 2013 and is located on the south-east coast of Mallorca, right next to the sea in the beautiful bay of Cala Serena, on one of the island ‘s most beautiful pieces of land. This unique location, with views across the sea inlet, is a little bit of paradise, in which every possible luxury and absolute privacy are the focus. This villa is the only property in the Mediterranean with a berth for yachts up to 25 metres. The house offers more than 800 square metres of living space over three floors with 6 bedrooms and can accomodate up to 12 persons. Bedrooms Room 1 Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed.
