Modern house with a direct access from the garden to S'Argamassa beach (approx. 40 meters). The house is 200 m2 on a 900 m2 property which is complemented fenced. Very nice decoration that combines the modern and traditional style of Ibiza. Beautiful views of the sea and Formentera. Villa Sarga is neighbour to Villa Pada and shares a car park. The villa is amazing. And it is right by the small beach Argamassa. You only walk like 30 steps - and you are in the ocean at a very private area.
It is also a good location to visit the island since you are close to "most things" - like the north, ibiza town, hippy market, - everything that is on the south, east and north coast. Only area a bit far away is east side.
The area itself is not much worth walking around it. But you always need a car on ibiza - and you just drive to your favorite places anyway.
A bonus for us was that just around the corner there is an abandon tennis court - that we used every morning.
The aircon is "build in" like on hotels - that is an extra plus.

Unfortunately air conditioning was not working in the upstairs bedroom
Nespresso machine leaked from the outset
No shade options on upstairs terrace therefore not used as much as would have liked
Needs a little tidying up in some areas on closer inspection
Shower in twin room straight on from the kitchen was tricky- the shower sprayed at the shower door therefore leaked
