The villa
Villa Sea View is a comfortable, detached, three-storey house in a quiet setting, 900 m from the sea and 1.5 km from Canadel beach. Shared grounds cover 1,500 m², with private natural grounds and a heated 12 x 5 m pool open 1 May–1 October. The pool area has a shower/WC, table tennis and a pétanque court. The 320 m² house offers a large living/dining room with flat-screen TV and decorative fireplace, a spacious equipped kitchen, and six bedrooms, including one with a sofa bed and two lower-floor studios with double beds and terrace access. The lower floor also has a kitchen/living area; the upper double bedroom has a dressing room, en-suite bath/shower/WC and terrace access. There are six bathrooms, a large southeast-facing terrace and a smaller terrace with furniture and loungers, enjoying superb panoramic sea views. Wi-Fi, two washing machines, a dryer, iron, hairdryer and a private garage are available. There is no heating. A difficult access road brings cars within 30 m of the house. Shops are 3 km away and a restaurant 1 km away.
