Designed by architect Joao Coutinho, the property is split over two levels with the main level being the ground floor encompassing the main living area, two kitchens and a wonderful enclosed courtyard, perfect for relaxing morning breakfasts or afternoon tea. There is one bedroom on this level, plus a second living area with TV. Guests can take either the stairs or lift to the lower ground level where the additional bedrooms are, as well as a host of luxurious additional rooms are located including a gym (with glass front, perfect to watch over the sea whilst working out), sauna, steam room, wine cellar and several well thought out sitting and dining areas including the fully stocked outdoor kitchen. There is also a large pool that can be heated on request. From the grounds, one can walk down a path to the beach and enjoy direct access to the water - or simply relax with the amazing sunsets in the gardens.
