Une villa de haut standing avec une vue à couper le souffle. Un quartier calme, à seulement 3min de la plage. Je recommande vivement cette Villa.

Wonderful high standing villa with private pool and incredible ocean views. With contemporary design and high quality finishes, it is located in the residential area of Aigua Gelida, just 1.5 km from the spectacular Tamariu beach. The house offers a quiet environment with sea views in which to enjoy a spacious garden, swimming pool, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms $ rooms 4 bedrooms on the first floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, both with access to a terrace overlooking the sea. 1 double room and a triple room (with a double bed and a single bunk bed) Indoors The villa is divided into three floors: Groundfloor: Very spacious and bright room, with two lounges, a large dining room and an open, fully equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom First floor: 4 bedrooms (two with double beds and access to a terrace with sea views).
