The physical property is attractive and comfortable. The photos represent it honestly.
Unfortunately we experienced mediocre property management: The house was not sufficiently cleaned prior to arrival, we didn't get clean linens delivered to the house as scheduled. We were kept waiting at check in, even though we gave ample notice that we would be on time (We did ask if we could check in on an earlier day and never got a response, even though the property was available for rent until our arrival. This seems like a lost opportunity for all involved)
