Indoor layout worked well for my family. We enjoyed the barbecue and pool area.
There was no shaded areas near the pool. Most of the drains in the bathroom sinks were slow-/took a long time to drain. I would recommend having washer/dryer [all appliance] instructions somewhere in the house. Carlos didnt really know how they worked
