The villa
Villa Tzuki offers 280 m² of comfortable accommodation for six adults, 1.7 km from San Pedro d'Alcántara sandy beach. Its private landscaped lawned garden has a 10 x 5 m pool, 50–175 cm deep, open May 1–October 1, terrace furniture and a barbecue. The living/dining room features flat-screen satellite TV with international channels and garden access. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and one has twin beds; all have garden access and en-suite shower rooms with bidets, toilets and double basins. There is a separate toilet. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, gas cooker, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle and L'or Barista coffee machine; capsules are not included. Air conditioning, warm-air heating, natural stone floors, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, high chair and cot for children up to two are provided. Parking is beside the house; the bus stop is 550 m away. A car is recommended. Family-friendly and non-smoking, with a smoke detector and extinguisher. Youth groups are not accepted; quiet and respectful behaviour are required.
