The villa

Zen combines brilliant white arcades, an azure pool and lush greenery in Cala Santanyí. A gravel garden welcomes you, with parking on site; the bay, cafés, restaurants and small resort centre are a short walk away. Set in a well-kept neighbourhood, the two-storey villa feels like a private retreat. A barbecue terrace with handrails leading to the pool and an upper balcony terrace offer shade, sunshine and glimpses of the sea, while a lawn provides further relaxing spots. Minimalist interiors, underfloor heating and a spacious layout create a welcoming atmosphere. Three ground-floor bedrooms are set well apart for privacy, with Divas beds, modern bathrooms and dressing rooms. Doors from the terrace also lead directly into the left and right annexes. The white fitted kitchen connects outdoors, with a dishwasher and espresso machine discreetly hidden behind a partition from the living area. A gallery-style staircase leads upstairs to the fourth double bedroom, which has a private bathroom.
