The villa

Alicia is a welcoming 160 m² villa on two levels, just 100 m from the sea and beach. Private 700 m² grounds include a beautiful garden, an 8 x 4 m pool available March 1–October 30, an outdoor shower, garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking is provided for two cars. Shops, restaurants, a bakery and bicycle hire are 300 m away; the centre is a ten-minute walk and the marina 500 m away. The living/dining room has international digital TV, air conditioning and warm-air heating, and opens onto the garden. An open kitchen with a breakfast bar includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms; the house has three bathrooms. Enjoy panoramic sea views, loungers and a covered terrace. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, iron and hairdryer are provided. Families are welcome, and one pet/dog is permitted. The railway is 1 km away. Explore the Ebro Delta Natural Park, 20 km away, Ports de Beceite, 45 km away, or Port Aventura, 65 km away.
