The villa

In a quiet, sunny setting 1 km from Delta del Ebre, Dani stands just 100 m from the sea and Eucaliptus sandy beach. This comfortable 125 m² house has enclosed grounds and a private 7 x 3 m pool with steps, open March–October, plus an outdoor shower. The living/dining room features a fireplace, digital TV, air conditioning, warm-air heating and terrace access. The open kitchen has a breakfast bar, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Downstairs are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, one bathroom and one shower room. Upstairs are a twin bedroom, a bedroom with two double beds and another shower room. All three bathrooms have a bidet and WC. Enjoy panoramic sea views, terrace furniture, a barbecue and loungers. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are supplied. Enclosed parking accommodates two cars, with a garage for one more. Up to two pets or dogs are welcome. Shops are 9 km away and PortAventura is 65 km away.
