The villa
Almadies Tauro is a comfortable, luxurious villa in a sunny, elevated position on the outskirts of Mogán. Its enclosed private garden has a lawn, a 6 x 3 m pool available year-round, an outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture and a barbecue. The modern 180 m² interior includes an air-conditioned living/dining room with digital TV and direct garden and pool access. The main level has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and pool access, a twin bedroom and another shower room. Downstairs are two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, kettle and coffee maker. Enjoy mountain views, terrace furniture and loungers, plus free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, high chair and cot. On-site parking and a one-car garage are available. Shops and restaurants are 3 km away and the airport 50 km. This is a non-smoking house; youth groups are not accepted and quiet behaviour is required.
