The villa

Welcoming, comfortable villa in a sunny residential setting, 200 m from the sea and beach. The private 2,200 m² grounds include a relaxing garden, a 12 x 7 m pool available year-round and parking for two cars. A restaurant and bus stop are 150 m away; shops are 2 km away. The 230 m² villa has a living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning, warm-air heating and garden and pool access. Downstairs are a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, each with an en-suite shower room. Upstairs are two air-conditioned double bedrooms, one opening onto a terrace, and a shower room. The spacious kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. Enjoy terrace furniture, a barbecue, loungers and a loggia, with superb panoramic views of the sea, mountains and town. A washing machine and iron are provided. Explore nearby Frigiliana, Nerja and the Maro caves, or hike in Sierra Almijara and Sierra Tejeda. A car is recommended. Youth groups are not accepted.
