The villa
Blue Ocean is a modern 560 m² home over two levels in central Maspalomas, with a private rectangular heated pool, 1.2 m deep and available year-round. The Faro de Maspalomas bus station is 450 m away. Each floor has an air-conditioned living room with flat-screen digital TV and two air-conditioned double bedrooms with shower/WC facilities. Both levels also have a kitchen/living area with a dining table, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and coffee maker; the upper kitchen includes an oven.
