The villa

This modern, comfortable 250 m² villa stands in lively central Maspalomas, with shops, a supermarket and restaurants 300 m away. Its private enclosed lawned garden features a 9 x 7 m pool available year-round, a children's pool, barbecue, loungers and a sun terrace. Inside, the living/dining room has satellite and digital TV and opens onto the garden. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and three twin bedrooms, all with fans, plus two further shower rooms. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. A lower-level games room and billiards provide entertainment.
