The villa
Ca Na Pepa is an exceptionally well-kept farmhouse with lawns, palms and Mediterranean planting. An elevated outdoor seating area overlooks the garden and salt-treated pool, making it easy to watch children swim. Games and table tennis provide extra entertainment, and a barbecue and outdoor kitchen invite alfresco meals. Inside, the spacious living and dining room features comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove, television, terracotta floors, natural stone and Mallorcan touches. A further dining area adjoins the fully equipped kitchen. Four welcoming double bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a separate WC complete the house. Around 3 km southwest of Can Picafort, it offers easy access to Alcúdia Bay, the Tramuntana mountains, villages and popular cycling routes.
