The villa
Cas Sabateret is a Mediterranean villa in a rural setting, reached along a paved lane and a garden-lined driveway. Two shaded parking spaces and further parking surround the house. Apricot façades and wooden shutters overlook lawns, palms and shade trees. In front of the south-facing villa, a curved private pool reaches a maximum depth of 1.90 m. Mosaic-tiled steps frame a shallower area where children can play or adults cool off. The surrounding terrace has an outdoor shower, loungers, parasols and a Bali bed overlooking the pool and greenery. A covered terrace offers a dining table and inviting white sofa for relaxed meals and time together. A rooftop terrace, accessed from one bedroom, provides another peaceful retreat. Large windows and the southern aspect fill the interiors with light, complementing rustic furnishings, quality furniture, exposed wooden ceiling beams and traditional Mallorcan tiles.
