Cala Piccola is a comfortable semi-detached villa with an annex in a quiet, sunny hillside residence, 7 km from Porto Santo Stefano and 1.2 km from the sea. The estate offers private rocky sea access. Its landscaped, multi-level garden has flowers, trees, terraces, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Parking is available for two cars; 40 steps lead to the house. Renovated in 2021, the 150 m² home spans three levels, with stylish living areas opening onto terraces and an open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave and coffee maker. Lower-level double bedrooms have en-suite showers and access to a terrace or garden; one is reached by exterior stairs. From June to September, guests have a parasol and two loungers at the exclusive Cala Piccola beach club, with bar, snack bar and free shuttle. A restaurant is 250 m away and Giannella sandy beach 11 km away. Explore Orbetello, Porto Ercole and Maremma Natural Park. A car is recommended. There is no lift; the property is not recommended for young children, and events are not permitted.
