The villa
Can Biel is a traditional stone villa in northeast Mallorca, set on a peaceful hillside among cypress, olive, baobab and almond trees. Views stretch towards Artà and its illuminated San Salvador monastery. Steps lead into the tiled pool, which has a raised Jacuzzi; loungers and a large, partly covered dining terrace invite outdoor relaxation. A garage is available. Inside are a spacious lounge with an open fireplace, an adjoining dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining table. Six double bedrooms and six modern bathrooms provide restful accommodation; upstairs bedrooms have balconies with scenic views. Artà is about 3 km away, with a weekly market, supermarkets and restaurants. Cala Ratjada's harbour, promenade, bars and shops are a 20-minute drive away. Four golf courses are nearby, some just five minutes by car. This accommodation is managed by a private owner rather than a business, so EU consumer legislation may not apply.
