The villa
Es Corto occupies a secluded hilltop on 14,000 m² in northeast Mallorca, about 3 km west of Artà. Views stretch across the mountains and town to San Salvador monastery, beautifully illuminated at night. Cypress, olive and almond trees surround a well-kept lawn. The tiled pool has a raised jacuzzi and comfortable loungers, while the large, partly covered terrace offers group dining and a portable barbecue. Modern, elegant interiors feature white walls, large floor tiles and arched passageways. A spacious living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen provide welcoming shared spaces. Cala Torta's natural sandy beach is about 10 minutes away by car. Four golf courses are nearby, some just five minutes away. This property is privately managed, so EU consumer legislation may not apply; the same customer service is nevertheless offered.
