The villa

This villa is located between Santa Gertrudis and San Lorenzo and is ideally situated for many excellent restaurants and shops in and around Santa Gertrudis such as Bambudda Grove, Aura, Macao and Ocho all within a few minutes drive. The airport is only 20 minutes away and Ibiza Town only 15 minutes. This property boasts a beautiful mature garden featuring a large swimming pool, huge terrace area and Balinese style chill out pavilion. Completing the outside space there is also Al-fresco dining, BBQ, daybeds, sofa seating, a swing bench, yoga area and free standing hammock. Living Areas There are two lounge areas - one modern and equipped with a large wall mounted plasma TV with satellite, the other is a traditional style area with a ‘finca’ fireplace and chimney. The dining area is spacious and there is a fully equipped modern kitchen.  The whole house benefits from full air-conditioning. Bedrooms and Bathrooms All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The two master suites have access to terrace areas with bathtubs and rainfall showers. The guest double room opens directly onto the yoga area and Bali cabin. Whilst the fourth room is a comfortable twin double bedroom. There is a newly reformed casita which is the fifth bedroom which offers a peaceful rural retreat.
