The villa
With 600 m² of living space, 16 double bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, Can Grau is ideal for large families and groups, with room for everyone to enjoy their privacy. Extensive terraces, courtyards and a balcony offer places to enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine throughout the day. At the heart of the grounds, a beautiful pool with easy step access adjoins a sun terrace and a separate children's paddling pool. Dense planting creates a secluded atmosphere. Comfortable loungers, ten parasols and an outdoor shower make poolside relaxation easy. Shaded seating areas line the covered terrace. The vast upper balcony, also reached by an exterior staircase, overlooks the pool and surrounding countryside and seats at least ten guests—an inviting spot for shared meals or evening gatherings. A built-in barbecue beside the lower terrace is perfect for outdoor cooking. The villa also features natural-stone façades.
