The villa
This peaceful farmhouse in northern Mallorca welcomes up to eight guests amid green meadows, fields and mature trees, with the Tramuntana mountains in the distance. Stone walls and decorative hedges enclose lawns, terraces and Mediterranean planting. Close to the house, the pool has Roman steps, an outdoor shower and comfortable sun loungers. A covered terrace with lounge seating and a dining table overlooks the pool, gardens and mountains. On the other side, a second large terrace offers open-air seating and an outdoor kitchen. Bright, carefully maintained interiors include a cosy living room with sofas, television and a fireplace. A few steps lead to traditional pebble flooring surrounding an illuminated old millstone, a striking reminder of the house's history. The adjoining dining area has natural-stone walls, with a fully equipped kitchen nearby. One double bedroom and a bathroom are on this level; upstairs are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms.
