The villa
Morell Nou is a beautifully renovated finca designed with sustainability in mind. Its secluded grounds feature ancient trees, including an olive tree over 1,000 years old, a hammock, loungers and a Balinese daybed. Enjoy breakfast on the covered terrace, sunset drinks in the lounge or a barbecue in the large outdoor kitchen. The owners can arrange delivery of rental bicycles for exploring the northern bays. Inside, exposed masonry and vintage country-style furniture blend old and new. The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with an island and dining area overlook the garden, with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace. An accessible ground-floor studio makes the house suitable for guests with disabilities; it includes a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, an additional living room and direct garden access. Its fireplace cannot be used. Upstairs are the remaining double bedrooms, one en suite, plus a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom opens onto either the sea-view roof terrace or a second terrace.
