Can Rito Nou

The villa

Can Rito Nou is a newly built finca in traditional Mallorcan stone, with generous spaces throughout. Almond, olive and lemon trees grow on the grounds, and parking is available behind the house. A path leads around to a manicured lawn, where small trees offer shade. Nearby, the beautiful pool is surrounded by a paved terrace with loungers and an outdoor shower, overlooking the extensive grounds and the finca. This private setting is made for switching off. Steps lead to a very spacious covered terrace, inviting relaxation at any time of day. There is room to set up the table tennis table, while a built-in outdoor barbecue with storage makes alfresco meals easy. Inside, a spacious entrance hall leads to a comfortable, practical living room with a large dining table. A modern flat-screen television and a welcoming fireplace make this a pleasant place to spend evenings, with extra warmth in the cooler seasons.
