The villa

Cas Cans is an elegant stone villa in eastern Mallorca, set on extensive, peaceful grounds at the end of a cul-de-sac behind a traditional stone wall. Carefully landscaped gardens combine lawns for children to play on with mature trees, fragrant rosemary and lavender, and tall palms. Beside the villa, a remarkably large infinity pool offers refreshing swims with lovely countryside views. The spacious natural-stone terrace has plentiful seating and sunbathing spots, including a covered daybed, loungers, sun mats and a pavilion lounge. A covered terrace beside the house features comfortable woven rattan furniture for drinks and snacks. Inside, the heart of the villa is a large living area with an integrated dining space and an adjoining modern, well-equipped kitchen. Contemporary furniture, pale sand and earth tones, and wooden beams create a distinctly Mallorcan atmosphere.
