The villa
Set in a pine grove around 50 m above Cala Gat, Casa de Cala Gat invites early swims and lingering beach evenings. The cove takes its name from the stray cats that once lived nearby and now gather farther along the rocky coast towards the lighthouse. Lively Cala Ratjada, its harbour, amenities and seafront promenade are close by. Covered terraces at the front and rear offer shade, with an inviting outdoor dining table at the front and views of the beach and sea from the house. Cala Gat's clear turquoise water is ideal for beginner diving and snorkelling, with caves and abundant marine life. Rinse off under the outdoor shower before retreating indoors. Across two floors and 210 m², the villa offers comfortable holiday living. Downstairs are a kitchen, spacious dining room, lounge, bathroom and three bedrooms. Large windows connect the living and dining spaces to the front veranda and sea views. The kitchen features traditional Mallorcan tiles, a smaller dining table and French-door access to the rear veranda.
