The villa
Dream House sits among neighbouring homes in quiet Sa Pedruscada, near Cala Ratjada's beaches. Its small garden has an oval pool, shaded seating, a brick barbecue and a garden swing. The upstairs balcony terrace offers glimpses of the sea through the trees. Airy interiors feature polished floors and simple, calming furnishings. The spacious ground floor combines a rustic kitchen with a long worktop, a living/dining area and a shower room. Upstairs, the main suite has a double bed, dressing room and private marble bathroom. Two further double bedrooms share a bathroom, and one has a kitchenette for extra independence. Cala Ratjada is 2 km away by car and Capdepera 5 km, both offering shops and restaurants. A supermarket is 1.5 km away. Beautiful Cala Son Moll is the nearest beach, allowing you to leave the car at the villa. Capdepera golf course is a 10-minute drive away.
