The villa
Recently renovated inside and out, Casa Ferie overlooks the sea on Mallorca’s southern coast. Mediterranean planting, new hedges and a rock garden frame outdoor spaces finished in gravel, tiles and natural stone. A barbecue and outdoor shower add convenience. The columned veranda offers sea views and alfresco dining beside a 28 m² pool and south-facing sun terrace with loungers and a large parasol. Upstairs seating enjoys even wider sea views, while another balcony faces east. Bright interiors combine tasteful furnishings with carefully chosen materials. The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and an open fireplace. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and kettle. An open staircase leads upstairs. Three spacious bedrooms, one en suite, each have outdoor access and new beds and mattresses. The bathrooms are understated and elegant, with mosaic details.
