The villa

This spacious farmhouse welcomes guests with lush gardens and a manicured lawn near Palma and the Tramuntana mountains. Awnings shade the terrace, which has loungers, a daybed and a summer kitchen with a built-in barbecue and dining area. A separate garden lounge lies close to the pool. Across two floors, the house offers a living room with fireplace and library, plus a conservatory opening onto the garden. The rustic Mallorcan kitchen opens onto the barbecue terrace. Two ground-floor double bedrooms have private bathrooms; one also has a secluded terrace. A rustic sitting room with fireplace and kitchenette provides another sleeping space. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with balconies and a full bathroom with bath and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and central heating suits off-season walking or cycling stays. Santa Maria del Camí is 1 km away, the Tramuntana mountains 10 km, Palma about 20 minutes by car and southern beaches around 30 minutes. Privately managed; EU consumer law may not apply.
