The villa
Built in 2018 on a 1,250 m² plot, this detached villa enjoys exceptional sea views in a quiet enclave of around ten villas. It sits in a cul-de-sac beside one other villa, with a coastal path leading to Sa Riera and Aiguafreda. One level down from the entrance are a dining room seating 12, a lounge with sofas and a large-screen TV, a WC and a fully equipped kitchen with an island, double fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The sea-facing terrace exceeds 120 m² and has dining space for 12, a secluded pool and loungers. Another level down, the sleeping area includes two master suites, two double bedrooms with private bathrooms and a children's room with two bunk beds. All bedrooms have sea views; the four en-suite rooms face the sea. A work area has a monitor and printer. The Aiguafreda suite includes a 180 x 200 cm bed, sofas, desk, TV, dressing room and a bathroom with twin basins, whirlpool bath, walk-in shower, WC and bidet. Youth groups are not permitted.
