Catalina

The villa

Set on 30,000 m² of grounds in northern Mallorca, Catalina is a two-storey villa with warm yellow-orange walls, cream shutters, a large balcony and covered terraces. The generous pool has broad entrance steps, with loungers and parasols on the surrounding sun terrace. Enjoy barbecues and relaxed meals at the outdoor dining table before unwinding in the adjacent lounge. Inside, bright, spacious communal rooms feature wooden shutters, comfortable yellow and green sofas, a television and contemporary wooden sculptures. The large modern wooden kitchen has chrome accents, a cooker, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee machine, alongside a round glass dining table. Bedrooms are decorated in harmonious earthy shades, soft purple and floral patterns, while modern bathrooms offer showers and/or baths. The villa's setting is not isolated.
