The villa
Set on 15,000 m² of peaceful grounds near Capdepera, Villa Placer offers a retreat in nature within a short drive of lively Cala Ratjada. The Mediterranean is around 6 km away. Enjoy sweeping town views from the pool, or relax on the broad terrace that almost encircles the house, with a fabric awning providing summer shade. A barbecue invites leisurely outdoor meals with family or friends. Inside, the spacious living area has a comfortable sofa, flat-screen television and a dining table for shared meals. Three French windows fill the room with light and open onto the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, while welcoming bedrooms with colourful accents create a warm atmosphere. Cala Ratjada's harbour, seafront promenade, bars, restaurants and shops are within easy driving distance. This tranquil villa is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful beaches of Mallorca's east coast.
