The villa
Modern, welcoming detached house in sunny central Playa del Inglés, 300 m from the sea and sandy beach, with direct beach access. Private enclosed grounds feature a 7 x 3 m pool open year-round and an outdoor shower. This comfortable 130 m² home has a living room with satellite and digital TV, air conditioning and a fan, opening onto a small garden. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and fans. The air-conditioned kitchen/dining room includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There are two shower rooms with toilets. Enjoy superb sea views, outdoor furniture, a barbecue and loungers. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, safe, iron, hairdryer, high chair and cot for children up to two.
