The villa
At 1,500 metres, this secluded chalet overlooks the Casies mountains and Dolomites. It comprises five two-level, 90 m² lodges for 2–5 guests each. Each has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a large living room, a rock shower and a freestanding bath facing the fireplace. Enjoy a private Finnish sauna with infrared heat and local aromas, plus a heated hot tub on a terrace of over 100 m². A welcome snack and daily balanced mountain breakfast are included. Firewood, coffee machine, tea bar, kitchen staples, bathrobes, slippers, hot-water bottle, safe, Wi-Fi and daily cleaning are provided; linen and towels are changed on request. A wine cabinet offers regional drinks. A guest pass includes public transport in South Tyrol. Hike directly to alpine pastures in summer; in winter, cross-country trails begin 200 m away, with walks and tobogganing nearby. A beginner ski slope with lessons and hire is 1 km away; Kronplatz, with 119 km of pistes, is 25 km away. Typical South Tyrolean dishes are also served in the evening.
