The villa
Sopralago is a detached villa above Cassone–Malcesine, built in 2020/21 on a 500 m² plot amid olive groves and woodland. Every room and the grounds enjoy sweeping views of Lake Garda and its surrounding mountains. Underfloor heating, air conditioning and high-end fittings ensure comfort, while the setting is ideal for relaxing with family and your dog or heading out on hikes. Private parking has an electric-car charging point. A small off-road vehicle is provided for the narrow, steep 550-metre access road. Airport or nearby station transfers can be arranged when booking. From the private parking area near the village, the lakeside beach and restaurants are about five minutes away. The ground floor has an open-plan lounge with a 65-inch TV, a modern fitted kitchen, dining area, cloakroom and toilet. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, bidets and twin basins. Outdoor spaces include a large terrace, outdoor shower and covered ground-floor terrace. Group bookings are not accepted.
