The villa

This detached 60 m² pool house for two stands on a 1,200 m² villa estate in Chayofa, a quiet residential area a few kilometres from Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. The spacious pool area and terraces enjoy unobstructed views of the sea and southern Tenerife. The outdoor pool is shared with apartment guests; the apartment sleeps up to six. Inside are a generous double bedroom with a large fitted wardrobe, a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen, and a spacious accessible bathroom with a large walk-in shower and WC. Underfloor heating is provided. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster and cooking utensils. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available, along with internet access. The house is non-smoking. Nearby activities include tennis, golf, water sports, hiking and horse riding, with car, boat and bicycle hire available locally. Excursions include Teide, Masca Valley, the Anaga mountains and ferries to neighbouring islands.
