The villa

This spacious contemporary detached villa stands on a 2,800 m² plot in Portocolom, a natural harbour in southeast Mallorca offering sandy beaches, water sports, restaurants and seaside walks. Steps lead to the entrance hall and minimalist open-plan lounge, where large glass doors open onto a covered terrace and an 8 x 4 m private infinity pool, up to 2 m deep, with partial distant bay views. The open-plan kitchen has a generous dining area and adjoining pantry. A side veranda provides outdoor dining beside the barbecue area and laundry room. Three bedrooms—one with two single beds pushed together and two with double beds—each have an en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning is available throughout, 24 hours a day, alongside Wi-Fi. The private garden is fully enclosed, and two outdoor parking spaces are provided. The first floor is unavailable to guests. Contactless arrival and departure are available. No pets, smoking or youth groups.
