The villa
In the heart of coastal Portocolom, Calamari 7 combines town life with a maritime atmosphere. Mediterranean planting surrounds several terraces, allowing you to follow the sun or retreat to a covered terrace furnished with bamboo seating. A barbecue is ideal for relaxed evening meals, and the sea is just 250 metres away for an after-dinner stroll. Inside, traditional Mallorcan décor, including pots and plates on the walls, recalls the island’s agricultural past. Rather than lavish flourishes, the house offers a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and four practical double bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and two have twin beds, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements.
