The villa

The home is contemporary, luminous and warm, thanks to the use of traditional material such as stone and terra cotta. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dish washer, oven, cooker, microwave, wine cupboard, food processor, mixer, toaster, Nespresso machine, juicer), a large dining room with its stone fireplace, a large terrace overlooking vineyards and the authentic town of Beaune. The dining room can accommodate 12 -20 guests. The living room (A/C) offers the opportunity to relax at the piano, read a book or simply watch television with satellite. There are five double bedrooms with bathroom for each and separate toilet. Two of them are suites. The laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer and iron station. To be visited with the owner: a unique wine cellar in a real cave from the Middle Ages is located underneath the house. Outdoors Outdoors is an organic garden. There is also a heated swimming pool (9m x 4m x 2m of depth) with chlorine filtration. There are 8 sun beds 4 umbrellas around the pool.
