The villa
Built in 2022 on an 8,000 m² estate, this detached villa above Castelletto di Brenzone enjoys a peaceful setting with no immediate neighbours; the owner lives on the grounds. The village is 15 minutes away by car or a 20-minute walk along a footpath. Three bedrooms feature solid-wood double beds and natural-material mattresses, while all three bathrooms have rain showers. Underfloor heating and cooling, automatic ventilation and triple glazing ensure comfort in this timber-built home. The highlight is a 200 m² panoramic terrace with views from Salò to Riva, a dining table for eight, lounge seating, a gas barbecue and a private 3 x 5 m infinity pool, 1.4 m deep. An adjoining lawn offers relaxation beneath olive trees, and the garden is for exclusive use. Wi-Fi and two outdoor parking spaces are provided. Access is via a steep, 600 m gravel road; a four-wheel-drive vehicle or SUV is recommended. The villa is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
