The villa
El Salvador is a spacious 301 m² villa on two levels in a quiet, secluded residential setting, 7 km from Moraira and Calpe. The sea and nearest beach are 250 m away; Playa la Fustera's sandy beach is 650 m away. Its enclosed grounds feature a landscaped garden, an 8 x 4 m pool available year-round, outdoor shower, hot tub, pool house with fridge and hob, terrace and barbecue. Ideal for six adults and two children, the bright interior includes an open living/dining room with satellite TV and terrace access. Two downstairs king-size bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room, TV and terrace access. Upstairs are a king-size bedroom with dressing room, TV and terrace access, plus a bedroom with a sofa bed and a shower room with double basin. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and coffee maker. Air conditioning and warm-air heating are provided throughout the living room and bedrooms. Enjoy sea views, loungers, Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, mosquito net, high chair, cot, hairdryer and garage. Pets are welcome. Youth groups are not accepted.
