The villa

Angela is a bright, comfortable two-storey villa in a quiet, sunny residential area, 6 km from Calpe, 8 km from Moraira and 1 km from Playa de la Fustera. The private enclosed grounds feature an 8 x 4 m pool available year-round, a poolside shower and WC, furnished terraces and a barbecue. Shops and restaurants are 1 km away. Across 240 m², the villa has an open living/dining room with satellite TV, six bedrooms and four shower rooms. Four bedrooms have double beds and two have twin beds; one double bedroom is outside the main accommodation. The upstairs bedroom opens onto a large terrace with loungers and views of the neighbourhood. Air conditioning, warm-air heating and some fans ensure comfort. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. A washing machine, iron, high chair, cot, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi and parking are provided. This non-smoking villa is suited to families; youth groups are not accepted.
