The villa

Enigma is a large, luxurious modern villa in Betlem, 12 km from Artà, in a quiet, sunny residential area just 10 m from the sea and 500 m from the beach. Its private garden has a 12 x 6 m pool, 1–2 m deep, open March–October, plus an outdoor shower, terrace, furniture and barbecue. Parking is nearby. Shops and restaurants are 1 km away; a bakery is 500 m away. The marina and sailing school are 5 km away, golf 15 km, and Llevant Natural Park hiking routes 1 km. A car is recommended; the airport is 75 km away. This 220 m², two-level villa accommodates nine adults. Downstairs are two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and terrace access, a living/dining room, further bath/shower facilities and an open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, coffee maker and island. Air conditioning and heating are provided. Upstairs includes two double bedrooms. The pool is maintained by the owner or gardener. Groups and youth groups are not accepted; quiet, considerate behaviour is required.
