The villa
Es Fasser is a spacious finca in a quiet residential area near Costa de los Pinos. Hedges enclose lawns, Mediterranean planting and garden paths. A large covered terrace overlooks a rectangular pool with varied depths and semicircular entry steps. Loungers, garden furniture, outdoor dining areas, a brick barbecue and an extra drinks fridge invite relaxation. Inside, the living/dining room has a large table, sofas, television, fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. The equipped kitchen includes a toaster, blender and coffee machine. Bedrooms and modern bathrooms are downstairs; upstairs are another lounge and a small library. An iron and hairdryer are provided. Between Cala Bona and Costa de los Pinos, the finca is eight minutes' drive from Cala Millor. Explore local markets, bars and restaurants; Port Vell beach is across the road, with Sa Marjal and Cala Bona nearby. Optional heating runs only 7–10 am and 7–11 pm. Privately managed accommodation; EU consumer protection law may not apply.
