The villa
Modern luxury villa built in 2007 and renovated in 2013, in a quiet, sunny residential setting in central Salobre, on the edge of Maspalomas. A shared landscaped garden complements a private garden, outdoor shower and 8 x 3 m pool open year-round. The 230 m² home spans three levels, with parquet floors and a living/dining room featuring satellite and digital TV, air conditioning and access to the garden and pool. Sleeping areas offer double, twin and trundle beds, with five bathrooms and an additional separate toilet; there is also balcony access. The kitchen includes an oven, four ceramic hobs, microwave, freezer and dining table. Enjoy valley, pool and garden views, a barbecue and eight loungers. Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, iron, hairdryer, high chair and cot are provided. Parking for three cars. Shops are 100 m away, a restaurant 600 m and an 18-hole golf course 150 m. A car is recommended. Suitable for families and seniors; baby equipment on request. Non-smoking. One pet/dog allowed. No youth groups.
