The villa
Es Lloquet sits in secluded woodland amid palms, an organic vegetable garden and lawns for play, yoga or meditation. The extra-large pool has steps, loungers, a Balinese daybed and an outdoor bar with shaded dining. Victoria's friendly dog occasionally visits. The housekeeper lives across the property, tends the vegetable garden and helps guests when needed. Persian rugs, antiques and original artworks decorate the house. Downstairs are a living room with a small library and fireplace, a fully equipped country kitchen with marble worktops and a large gas cooker, and a bedroom with a private bathroom and terrace. Upstairs, two double bedrooms share a modern bathroom; one also has a dressing room and balcony. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout. Capdepera and its shops are a 10-minute drive away, while the sandy beaches between Cala Ratjada and Canyamel are 6–7 km away.
