The villa
Es Moli des Trenc occupies a historic former mill just 2 km from Es Trenc beach, which is reachable on foot. Its secluded setting has no neighbours, with views beyond the enclosed grounds towards the salt fields and mountains of Ses Salines. Palms, cypresses, oleanders and lavender surround terraces for sunny or shaded relaxation and outdoor meals. Comfortable loungers sit beside the raised pool. Within the old rubble-stone walls and mill tower, contemporary design and an open-plan layout blend with natural materials and traditional country-house character. A spacious room with panoramic views connects the comfortable living area to the dining space. Two terracotta-tiled steps lead to the adjoining minimalist open kitchen, with masonry cabinetry and modern conveniences. Four bedrooms continue the natural style with exposed stone walls. Three are on the ground floor; the fourth occupies an open level above the kitchen in the former mill tower.
