The villa

Three double bedrooms each have an en-suite shower/WC; one also opens onto the terrace. A fourth bedroom has bunk beds, a foldaway bed and a bathroom/WC. There is a separate WC. Air conditioning, warm-air heating, electric shutters and underfloor heating provide comfort. A lower-level living/dining area opens onto the terrace and pool, beside a large open kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are provided. A swimming cove is 140 m away, shops 750 m, and Playa L'Ampolla's sandy beach 3 km. Golf is 2 km away. Suitable for families; youth groups are not accepted.
