The villa

Es Voltor Negre combines a beautifully secluded setting with distinctive stone architecture. A grand portico with substantial arches and columns shelters the terrace, while a decorative stone tower and garden sculptures add character. Paved paths wind through carefully landscaped palms and Mediterranean flowers to the securely fenced pool. Its sunny terrace has eight pale-blue loungers and two parasols. A stone pool house with double doors contains a barbecue, outdoor kitchen, bathroom and a long dining table for relaxed gatherings. Another outdoor dining area sits beneath the portico, directly outside the main kitchen. Comfortable wicker seating and a mosaic-topped table create further places to unwind. An imposing antique wooden door opens into the villa's entrance hall, where exposed stone walls, curved arches and a dark marble staircase establish a classic, stately atmosphere. An opening in the stone wall leads into the living room.
